FAQs
Processing time of the order depends on the quantity and availability of the color you need. If the color is in stock in our US inventory, the order will be ready to be shipping out in about 2-3 days. If it's not available here, we will have it shipped out here from India which might take about 1-2 weeks.
We can ship your order all over US, Canada, Mexico and Australia. We send our orders through UPS/USPS Ground shipping for all US orders. If you need your order urgently, UPS 2nd day and USPS Priority Shipping can also be arranged for extra charges. For International orders, we us UPS Standard and DHL.
All the Turbans come double stitched from the center unless there is an option to select Unstitched Turban. For more information, please refer to Fabric Information
If you just bought some turbans from anywhere, either from us or someone else, it is suggested to wash them in a washing machine or soak them in water over night before wearing for the first time. It helps retain the length of the turban for a long time to avoid any shrinkage in future.
There might be some spots or markings on the fabric with water-soluble chalk that can be easily washed off with water. Please rinse the fabric in water if you see any chalk markings.
